General Introduction
 

The Rail Shunting Locomotive (hereinafter refer to as RSL)is applicable for traction,shunting and rescue work in railway line.Moreover,it can be used for personnel transportation and site inspection.Interior crew passage design and exterior crew passage design are optional.Various driving modes include mechanical,hydraulic or electric drives can be integrated as alternatives.

In hydro-drive RSL,the running is controlled by micro-computer,which can realize auto gearshift,auto reversing,protection,alarm and display functions.

In Electro-drive RSL,it is powered by either pantograph catenary or battery,which features zero gas emission,no noise pollution,environment friendly etc.It is widely used in metro transit and tunnel work.
