QS Series Ballast Cleaning Machine

General Introduction
 

The ballast in the track has an important role in providing the desired resilience  and  lateral  resistance  to  track  while  at  the same time ensuring good drainage.The profile of the ballast would be deteriorating over years of service,which no longer guarantee the  proper functions.Srida QSZ-400 and QS-650 ballast cleaning machine are mainly used for ballast cleaning during railway line rehabilitation and overhaul.There is no need to remove the sleepers while working and the lubricant of the guiding wheel bearing can be done via the central  oiling system in the driver cabin.After vibration screening,the clean ballast will be distributed back to the track bed under sleepers and  the spoil ballast would be conveyed either to the trackside or spoil wagon.
